What is a self-portrait studio?
A self-portrait studio lets you capture professional quality photos on your own with no photographer needed, it’s just you and the camera. You will be given a remote shutter to get creative on your own.
Is there a reservation fee?
Yes there is a reservation fee. We require a reservation fee in order to reserve the slot and make it exclusively available to you during the date and time booked.
The reservation fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from your total bill.
How do I reschedule my appointment?
To reschedule your appointment, please message us 2-3 days before your schedule. You can reach us on our social media accounts or email us at hello@retratostudio.com.
Please take note that every rescheduled request is subject to approval.
Do you allow walk-ins?
We are appointment basis that’s why we highly encourage you to book an appointment on our website to secure your slots.
Do you have a parking space?
San Fernando:
Yes, parking space is available on a First Come, First Served basis, keep in mind that this is a shared parking space.
Baguio:
There is no parking space available.
Can I extend the photoshoot session?
As of the moment, we don’t allow extensions. We give 25mins/1hr shooting time for each session, if you think that 25mins/1hr is not enough you can book 2 consecutive slots to have enough time for your session.
Are kids allowed?
Yes, kids 3 years old and below are allowed and free of charge!
Are fur pets allowed?
San Fernando:
Yes, fur babies are welcome as long as they wear diapers. Please inform us ahead of time if you will bring them.
First pet is free of charge, additional P99/pet for succeeding.
Baguio:
As much as we love to accommodate your fur babies, but pets are not allowed within the building premises.
Can I bring my own props and accessories?
Yes, you can bring your own props and accessories, provided they do not damage the studio equipment or premises. Please check with our staff before setting up any personal items.
Do you have dressing room?
Yes, we provide dressing rooms for outfit changes to ensure convenience during your session.
What happens if I encounter technical issues with the equipment during my session?
Our studio staff are available to assist you with any technical issues you may encounter with the equipment, ensuring a smooth and productive session.
What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept Cash and GCash payment.
What happens if I arrive late for my session?
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we offer a grace period of up to 5 minutes for late arrivals. If you arrive too late, your session time will be reduced and will end as originally scheduled. The session will not be extended to compensate for the late arrival.
If you know you will be arriving late, please notify us as soon as possible. We appreciate your courtesy and understanding.
Can I bring food or beverages?
No, food and drinks are not allowed. (Except with bottled water you can bring bottled water, but always keep the bottle cap close.)
Is there a policy on image rights for photos taken in your studio?
Our data privacy policy respects your image rights and privacy. We do not use your photos for promotional purposes without your consent.
What happens if I accidentally damage or lose any equipment during my session?
If any equipment is accidentally damaged or lost during your self-portrait session, you may be subject to charges or fees for repair or replacement, depending on the extent of the damage or the value of the lost item. We encourage all our customers to handle the equipment with care to ensure a pleasant experience.
What is the maximum number of people you can accommodate for group photos?
Our studio can accommodate various group sizes, but it’s best to check with us in advance to ensure we have enough space and equipment for your specific needs.
Is there a limit to the number of photos I can take during my session?
There’s no strict limit to the number of photos you can take during your session. You can take as many as you like within the booked time frame. But don’t click the remote continuously because it can damage the remote.
How do I receive my photos after my session?
We will provide your photos via Google Drive.
Can I bring a companion or friend with me?
You are welcome to bring one (1) companion or friend to the studio during your session. However, we kindly request that you limit the number of companions to only one (1) to ensure a comfortable and uncrowded environment in our lobby and studio areas. This policy is in place to provide a better experience for all our customers.
