Reservation Fee Requirement

• A reservation fee is require in order to reserve the slot and make it exclusively available to you during the date and time booked. The exact fee amount will be specified during the booking process, and it may vary depending on the type of service or package you select.

• The reservation fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from your total bill.

Non-Refundable

Please be aware that the reservation fee is strictly non-refundable in all circumstances. This policy applies without exception, including but not limited to the following situations:

• Cancellation of your reservation for any reason.

• Rescheduling your session outside of the agreed-upon terms.

• Fail to show up for your session without prior notice, the booking fee will be forfeited, and the session cannot be rescheduled.

Validity

The reservation fee holds validity solely for the booked date and time. It cannot be transferred to another date or service. Any changes to the date or time of your session may require a new reservation fee.

Unforeseen Circumstances

In rare and extraordinary circumstances beyond your control, such as a documented medical emergency or a force majeure event, we may consider a request for a reservation fee refund or transfer. Such requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
