At Retrato Studio Philippines, we understand that sometimes plans change. To provide the best service to our valued clients, we have established the following Reschedule and Cancellation Policy. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with these terms.
Rescheduling Policy:
1. Request for Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule their session by reaching us at our social media accounts at least 2-3 days prior to the originally scheduled date. We will make every effort to accommodate your new preferred date and time, subject to our availability.
2. Maximum Reschedules: Clients are allowed to request rescheduling of their session up to a maximum of two times. After the second rescheduled request, the reservation fee initially paid will be forfeited, and clients must submit a new reservation fee if they wish to reschedule again. Also, rescheduled requests are only allowed within the month of the original booking.
3. Limitations: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In cases of emergencies or unavoidable situations, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
You may request to reschedule your slot up to a maximum of two(2) times.
Cancellation Policy:
1. Cancellation Request: If you need to cancel your session, please reach us at our social media accounts at least 2-3 days prior to your booked date.
2. No Refund Policy: We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds for cancellation requests. Any payments made for canceled sessions are non-refundable.
3. No-shows: Failure to show up for your scheduled session without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of any payments made.
